If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.
If you are not happy with your purchase we need to be notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If you change your mind, exchanging goods and refunding goods is at the discretion of us here at Kara Rosenlund.
If you simply change your mind this does not mean you will receive a refund as all prints are custom printed for you, meaning we print them especially for you. Books will not be refunded for change of mind.

All products must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging.

- Package the product up with the copy of the receipt

- The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.
Please note, if you would like an exchange, the shipping of your new item will be at your expense.
Products purchased using a promotional code, or that have been purchased at a discounted price, are ineligible for a refund.
For this reason, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.
We cannot offer rain checks on products that are out of stock during a promotion, or that are part of a collaboration.
