Photographic Prints & Books

Purchases of photographic prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.
If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing mollie@kararosenlund.com for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.
Books will not be refunded.

Framed Photographic Prints

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

We take all precautions to ensure your framed print arrives safely. However, if your framed print has been damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or even the original print to process your claim.

Lifestyle Products

If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your product, please email mollie@kararosenlund.com for assistance on the return process.

All products must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges.

Sale Items

Products purchased using a promotional code, or that have been purchased at a discounted price, are ineligible for a refund.
For this reason, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.

We cannot offer rain checks on products that are out of stock during a promotion, or that are part of a collaboration.

Photographic Print Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your photographic print we recommend the following:

  • Keep your print out of direct sunlight
  • Have it framed by a professional framer with an archival quality mat board and lightweight acrylic
